Cleaning
We offer professional cleaning that covers all surfaces in your home, so you can relax and enjoy a clean and fresh living space.
What's included:- Kitchen: cabinets, stovetop, sink, countertops, fridge/freezer, microwave, and oven.
- Bathroom: shower/bathtub, sink, toilet, mirror.
- Floors: vacuuming and dry mopping.
- Laundry: bed linens and towels (2 loads included).
- Extra tasks are charged separately.
Keyholding
We take care of keys and the supervision of your home when you are not there. Perfect for those who rent out or are away.
What's included:- Key handover and collection.
- Regular supervision: home inspection, airing, security checks.
- Packages: Supervision every 4 weeks, Commuter Package 6 times/year.
- Extra key handover: €15 per occasion (€30 with supervision, €15 with tax deduction).
Prices
- Contract: 12 months, automatic renewal.
- Payment via invoice.
- Insurance: the customer is responsible for their own property, we have liability insurance.
- Complaints: within 48 hours.
- Extra charges: unsocial hours/weekends.
